    Club Core Rollers are lightweight, portable tools for dynamic myofascial release, suitable for the gym floor and pilates/yoga studios alike.

    The cylindrical design allows users to carry out targeted self-massage techniques: rolling various muscle groups over the Club Core Foam Muscle Roller alleviates muscle tightness, improves flexibility and enhances overall mobility. Accessible and easy to use, there’s also a D-shaped foam roller for those who require a steady surface.

    Soft to touch yet firm to use, these massage rollers are manufactured from ultra-strong, ultra-resilient Closed Cell PE Recovery Memory Foam: any indents that appear during workouts will recover to their original shape within 24 hours.

    It all adds up to make Club Core Rollers the perfect tool for pre-exercise preparation – reducing the risk of injury during workouts – as well as promoting faster recovery.

    Latex-free, the full roll is 2” longer than 99% of other rollers on the market.
