
Refund Policy
At BodyLab, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us with photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened supplements or consumables
- Personal care products (if packaging is broken)
- Gift cards
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements, nutrition products, or consumables
- Personal care products where the seal has been broken
- Gift cards, downloadable items, or promotional vouchers
- Clearance or final-sale items
