Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened supplements or consumables
  • Personal care products (if packaging is broken)
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements, nutrition products, or consumables
  • Personal care products where the seal has been broken
  • Gift cards, downloadable items, or promotional vouchers
  • Clearance or final-sale items
