A single Reformer can support more than 500 exercises performed in lying, sitting, kneeling, and standing positions. With proper instruction, the Reformer provides endless opportunities for strength development, flexibility training, balance work, and functional movement conditioning.

The machine consists of a stable platform, a smooth movable carriage, springs of varying resistance levels, and an adjustable foot bar. Additional features—including shoulder blocks and a cushioned headrest—ensure comfort, alignment, and safety throughout every exercise. These components work together to deliver precise, fluid movement that challenges the entire body while supporting proper technique.
