Our new and improved Alpha Series Dual Adjustable Pulley or DAP for short, has been expertly designed to bring all the versatility you expect from a commercial Dual Adjustable Pulley, into a stylish new minimalist design. A compact design means space is no longer an issue allowing you to improve muscle stability, power, and strength regardless of gym space which makes it great for home gyms, PT Studios, or even in commercial gym environments.

Our versatile dual adjustable pulley delivers a 2:1 pulley ratio, this allows more momentum for users while slowly increasing the weight. The DAP is fully adjustable with 28 different pulley positions and 14 weight stack options, meaning it can easily be adjusted to fit every user. Different pulley positions make it great for performing various exercises and targeting muscles from a range of angles, allowing you to get the most out of your work out sessions.

The DAP is not only for functional training, but is also great for rehabilitation where muscle groups need to be isolated and used with the lightest weight setting. The solid construction and smooth cable action make it perfect for all training abilities and we can ensure that once you've tried it, the dual adjustable pulley will soon be your new favourite way to lift!
