    A highly versatile training tool that’s perfect for all abilities, these Battle Ropes are perfect for use by first-time gym-goers through to experienced sports professionals.

    • Stand hip-width apart, adopt a gentle squat, grasp the ends of the rope, and away you go – total body fitness.
    • Works many muscles simultaneously including forearms, shoulders, back, and legs, plus boosts anaerobic and aerobic capacity
    • For use indoors but can be used outdoors with appropriate storage
    • Available in 10m length (great for use in Boutique and smaller clubs) and 15m (for commercial use).
    • One year warranty (Please note: you must use a training Battle Rope Anchor with this rope to ensure the warranty is valid)
