It features individual adjustable arms which can be moved into 18 different positions depending on the exercise being performed making it a versatile piece of gym equipment for developing strength, power and endurance.

Traditional exercises can be performed such as lat pulldowns or bicep curls but the machine can also be tailored for sport specific training. Injury risk is also reduced if users lift too heavy as they can simply let go of cable returning it to the starting position.
