They offer endless possibilities due to the variety of attachments that come with the machine. You can also add additional cable attachments to provide members with even more choice. Users can combine stations during their workout to build strength as well as enhancing power, stability, balance & speed.

- 1x Cable Crossover or 2x Single Hi/Low Stations (if cable crossover is not in use)
- 2x Low Row
- 2x Tricep Pulldown
Safety
Multi Gyms are considered a safer alternative to free weights such as dumbbells and weight plates. This is because the weights are safely stacked away from the user, so if the load becomes too heavy the exerciser can simply let go of the cable to release the weight. This is preferable to dropping free weights on your toes!
