Previously, Tower Reformer was designed by Joseph Pilates as a hospital bed. He invented this equipment when he worked in the hospital. The aim was recovering of the energy and flexibility of the body, which was lost within the day. However it was also helpful for the recovery process of the soldiers after the injuries. The design was successful and tower reformers became one of the most popular pilates equipment. Today most studios include this wonderful machine in their pilates exercises classes. In the meantime, some people prefer to use this machine at home. Tower Equipment is combination of two machines, as it includes both Reformer and Tower functions. It is adjustable for various exercises. While providing a smooth movement, it saves the space with its unique design. Tower Equipment decreases the effect of the gravity. As a result, it provides a smooth and easy movement opportunity during the exercises. The main aim is to strengthen musculo-skeletal system via gaining the flexibility, balance and strength. Tower is suitable for 70% of Cadillac exercises. At the same time, all reformer exercises are possible on this machine. So by adding Tower function to the Reformer equipment, you can increase the variety of your exercises. As a result, in a single machine, you can make more than 600 different exercises.
