    Affordable and loaded with features, the new design of the Wolverson GHD (Glute Ham Developer) we have made a more compact version than its predecessor and is ideal for studios and gyms, whilst we made it as compact as possible we also had to consider safety and stability which is why we have placed 4 'bolting' holes so if you feel the need to secure it into place for added peace of mind, thats covered.

    Key benefits of GHD work include the improved strengthening and stabilisation of key areas around the core midsection, including glutes, hamstrings and lower lumbar region. GHD's can also aid in promoting improved posture by strengthening the muscle groups associated with alignment, namely spinal erectors. Sedentary work lifestyles are all too often attributed to poor posture.
